Accommodation add-on packages guarantee official hotel booking at the conference venue or official 4/5-star partner hotel for the selected duration (1, 2, 3, or 4 nights). This includes daily complimentary international breakfast, high-speed Wi-Fi, full access to hotel amenities, and all local city tourism taxes and service charges.
Special academic concessions and discounted rates are offered for research groups, clinical departments, hospital delegations, and laboratory teams of 3 or more participants registering together from the same institution. Custom institutional invoicing and wire transfer receipts are provided directly by the secretariat.
